What They Had

La Retro Gifts came to us in 2009 with a premium Channel Advisor store (aka ASP Dot Net) that was busy and cluttered.

What They Wanted

They needed a whole new design and a fresh layout. The site needed to be easier for shoppers to use. More intuitive, and more focused.

What We Did

We went for something fun and vivid to match their products, which are toys, games, and gifts for young children. We designed and installed the ASP Dot Net store. In early 2011, the client left Channel Advisor. We reworked the site, and reinstalled it on the Volusion platform.

This website was also exciting because it was the first time we installed our “persistent bar.” When you visit the site, you’ll see that even if you scroll, the top navigation stays in place. This means that everything the shopper needs to move around your site or check out is always right at her fingertips. She doesn’t have to scroll and search for the checkout, search box, etc…
