DSL Not Working? Go Online!

Our cable internet is unreliable, so we got DSL in addition. That way, if one of them doesn’t work, we have the other, and we don’t have to stop work or be without our phones.

Oddly enough, the DSL has been unreliable since we got it, and the cable’s been good. The DSL went out twice, and when you call tech support, the hold message says that if you’re having trouble with your DSL, go to www.qwest.com/dslhelp.

I think the old line, "If I could walk that way…" works here. If I could get online, I wouldn’t need to go to dslhelp.
