Impossible to Serve Your Needs

I guess I had filled out a form on a website that I was interested in something. I’ll edit out what it was since it’s not important, but what I got in reply was a survey. I just wanted their pricing, which wasn’t on their website, and I didn’t feel like filling out a survey. So I deleted the survey mail.

I just got this mail:

Dear Valued Customer,

You recently inquired into our [product edited] and we sent you a brief survey that would enable us to serve you better.
Without your input it is impossible for us to serve the needs of our customers
as we strive to ensure them the most enjoyable home buying experience possible.

Really? If I don’t fill out the survey, it’s impossible to serve your customers’ needs? Then you may want to get some help with that because the entire function of your company should not hinge on an emailed survey.
