As a full-service marketing firm as well as an experienced eBay consulting firm with a long track record of client success, we offer many different services. If you don't see a service you wanted, please ask, or try our " full-service" services and pricing page. We have over 13 years in online sales and marketing, and we would be happy to provide a custom proposal or suggest a partner who can supply the service you need.
- As Was does not take a percentage of your sales nor do we take a recurring monthly fee. We are only paid for the services you have us perform. "EverySeller" Consulting Services are payable in full up front. We take PayPal and credit cards.
- Projects are scheduled first come, first served. Please let us know if your project needs to be rushed.
- Our pricing is the same for all clients. We don't negotiate pricing, but we do offer two promotions each year.

"EverySeller" Consulting Package
Once upon a time, you could only get personalized consulting from the As Was team of experts if you hired us to also do your template design. For those of you who are not ready to hire us for our design work, you can now work with our Account Managers to get one-on-one consulting to help grow your eBay business inside and outside of eBay. Some eBay sellers have lost their eBay Top Seller Account Manager (TSAM), and wish they had someone they could turn to for help and advice. Think of us as your ESAM (EverySeller Account Manager)! :)
Our "EverySeller" Consulting Package includes the following:
- Assistance with your brand name. (why is that important?)
- Editing and rewriting the text and the general marketing-focused wording used in your listing template. This is your payment policies; shipping, handling, and insurance policies; return policies; warranty policies; a blurb about you and how to contact you; and any other standard wording that should appear in each listing by being part of the listing template. This does not include rewriting or editing descriptions of individual products nor does it include writing anything for your eBay Store, print materials, publicity, or off-eBay online presence.
- Reviewing your eBay Store and listing template, and suggesting changes to layout, branding, order of information, and anything else we believe can help. We will not be coming up with creative ideas or alternate designs. If you'd like those, please hire us for our Full-Service Consulting, which includes us creating a custom and unique eBay listing template for you. Suggestions may relate to:
- Listing strategies including formats, titles, and sell-through rate.
- Tips for raising DSRs and keeping them high.
- How to get more people to the eBay Store.
- How to decrease your pre-sales customer service time, and work towards people's expectations matching what you're going to deliver.
- Providing a full strategy report via email. This will include looking at your listing formats, titles, listing upgrades, and comparing you to up to 2 competitors.
- Discussing our report, and advising you on improving your eBay strategies so that you are selling more while spending less on fees.
- Anything we can advise or recommend based on other "pain points" you might have such as shipping, unpaid items, software solutions, third party services, checkouts, how you staff, and more.
- After the project is over, you will receive 5 free hours of follow-up consultation time. Additional time can be purchased as you need it.
Please note that these consulting services are delivered as text in emails. We are not working on your eBay listing template or eBay Store. If you need our work installed, or you need help moving from one listing software to another, we will price that out as extra work. | $950 |

You will receive $850 off your purchase of our custom and unique template package since we will have already performed the consulting side of that project with you.
