Full-Service Design and Consulting Services
As a full-service marketing firm as well as an experienced eBay consulting firm with a long track record of client success, we offer many different services. The following are our most popular services. If you don't see a service you wanted, please ask. We have over 13 years in online sales and marketing, and we would be happy to provide a custom proposal or suggest a partner who can supply the service you need.
- The only service that every new As Was Full-Service client must get from us is the custom and unique eBay template (#1 below). Outside of that, you can go with only that or add any services that you want.
- As Was does not take a percentage of your sales nor do we take a recurring monthly fee. We are only paid for the services you have us perform.
- Projects are scheduled first come, first served. Please let us know if your project needs to be rushed.
- Our pricing is the same for all clients. We don't negotiate pricing, but we do offer two promotions each year.

| 1 | Custom and Unique Listing Template Package
Design one template (layout) that will be used for all eBay listings. The template package includes all of the following:
- Assistance with your brand name. (why is that important?)
- One template, custom designed from scratch by one of our staff artists. Click here to learn more about why our listing designs create fantastic results!
- Unlimited revisions during the design process at no extra charge.
- Rewriting/editing your policies and the standard language that will show up in every listing. This is designed to improve DSRs as well as to reduce the number of pre-sales customer service questions you get. The more informed your buyers are, the more they trust you, the fewer questions they ask, and the more their expectations about the transaction match what you're actually going to do! Happy buyers!
- Coding the template to work with listing management software including Vendio (the new Vendio or Lister Pro), Kyozou, ChannelAdvisor (aka Marketplace Advisor Premium), Infopia, Marketworks (aka Marketplace Advisor), Inkfrog, Blackthorne, and Auctiva.
- Advising on which software, tools, and services are best for you.
- Working with you on improving your eBay strategies so that you are selling more while spending less on fees.

| 2 | "The Matrix" (an option for listing templates)
Design one "Matrix," which is a visual shop-by-category or visual table of contents designed to do three things:- Make shoppers aware of what else you tend to carry. The Matrix is more effective than a list of categories that people won't read or might distract them from your item for sale.
- Get shoppers excited about your product line(s). They can click each category or grouping to go into your eBay Store and see just those types of items. This streamlines their shopping experience.
- By driving them to your eBay Store, they are less likely to hit their "back" button and shop with your competitors.
The Matrix becomes part of your listing template so that it's seen in all of your eBay items, even your eBay Store items. It's not a moving gallery nor does it showcase individual items. The idea is to highlight categories, brands, or other groupings of items so that people understand what you tend to have, and push them into your eBay Store.
We have three versions of the Matrix so that you can pick how much functionality you need. Each flavor of our Matrix is compatible with eBay rules.

| 2a | 1-Level Matrix
This is what most of our clients have. Examples of the 1-Level Matrix are this listing where it says "click below to shop our store," and this listing where it says "click to shop by category." | $750 |

| 2b | 2-Level Matrix
The 2-Level Matrix shows one group of your categories/groupings like the 1-Level Matrix, which can link into your eBay Store, but once the shopper clicks on each Matrix item, sub-choices show up right there. This allows you to build a hierarchy of brands, types of items, or variations right in your listing. An example of a 2-Level Matrix would be this listing; click on each Matrix item to see the second level of choices. | $1,250 |

| 2c | Flash Matrix
Here, we use a Flash file that acts like the Matrix, but is much more complicated and in depth. You may have wanted some pull-down menus in your template, but eBay has a rule against those. To get around that rule, we build that type of functionality into Flash. The idea here is to offer people a streamlined and compact way to more fully move through your inventory, right from your listing.

| 3 | Simple eBay Store Design
We believe that the best eBay Store designs should do three things only but do them well. 1) Brand you. 2) Streamline the shopping experience. 3) Get good keywords in there so Google and other search engines can pick you up. (what's wrong with heaps of Store design?) Therefore, our Simple eBay Store Design service includes the following:
- The custom 310x90 Store graphic based on your logo or something we design in your template.
- A custom Store header based on what we designed for your new template
- Rewriting/editing your the Store description based on a blurb you provide.
- Reorganizing your custom Store categories (if we both agree they need that).

| 4 | Advanced eBay Store Design
We still believe the eBay Store should be simple and obvious to use, even if you want a design with more branding and personality. If shoppers arrive at your Store and are overwhelmed, not sure what to do next, or have to take the time to read things and figure them out, then your designer failed. (what's wrong with heaps of Store design?) We aim for something that will make you stand out from other Stores while making shopping effortless. Our Advanced eBay Store Design service includes everything you get with the Simple eBay Store Design service, and:
- We create a design with more personality taking up more of the whole screen to brand and market you more strongly.
- We leave in the main elements of an eBay Store such as the caetgories down the left being dynamically dropped in by eBay. This is easier for you since it requires no updating, and it's easier for your shopper since they're used to eBay Stores having left side columns like this.
- We create a right side column that can contain anything you want to say or show!
- We leave eBay's top and bottom in tact so that eBay doesn't get angry at your Store. :)

Our "Push Content" service is designed to have you show up more in Google and other search engines. We co-write/edit an article that you write about who you are and what you sell.
