All of our projects start with a 30-60 minute call covering topics including:
- Your company personality.
- What do you sell?
- Who is shopping for and buying these items?
- What do we know about your target audience and their preferences and behavior?
- How are you better than your competition?
- What can we design that will make your target shopper connect to you, become a buyer, and remember you after the sale?
Within 2-3 business days (typically), we present you with a template mock-up. 95% of our clients like the first thing they see, and want some revisions. We revise it until you're happy, or we start from scratch if you're one of the 5% who doesn't like our first idea. Once we go through revisions, and you give final approval to the design, we build in the policies, standard information, and codes for the listing software.
If you've chosen our matrix service, we start working on the matrix once we know you like the design direction of the template. Our template service tends to take around 3 weeks, slightly less if you don't opt for the matrix.
We have installed listing templates into Kyozou, ChannelAdvisor, Infopia, Marketworks, Inkfrog, Blackthorne, and Auctiva. If you are using Turbo Lister, Vendio, or any software that just can't work with completely custom HTML templates, we would happily advise you on switching to software that will work with our templates... and you'll probably like better. :) If you're not sure if your software takes completely custom HTML templates, ask them or ask us!
Once the template is approved, done, and installed into your software, we ask you to test it to make sure it's functioning to your expectations. After that, we dive in to any other services that you want. For many clients, this includes an eBay Store, About Me page, blog setup, website, business card design, or postcard design.
