What They Had:
A successful business selling healthy, herbal cosmetics that are long-wearing. These cosmetics have been sold in hundreds of stores, and are used in various movies and TV shows.
What They Wanted:
To sell their products to the consumer via eBay. They dipped their toe in the eBay waters, and then realized they needed us.
What They Got:
Lip Ink retained us for some of our eBay consulting services. We designed a new eBay listing template, rewrote their copy, and created a new About Me page. We also created a Sales Plan, which suggests listing strategies. We also helped to protect their intellectual property on eBay, provided a second Sales Plan eight months after the first, and trained new staff on their auction management system.
